Aluminum 1100

This series of aluminum â€‹1100 is also called as pure aluminum as it has the highest aluminum content (99%) among all the series. Its typical properties are high electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance, and workability. It can be strengthened by cold working, but not by heat treatment. It is also relatively lighter than other aluminum series. However, this series of aluminum is quite soft, hence applications that require hardness may not be suitable. General application of this series of aluminum should not require high strength.

We offer Aluminum 1100 in Angle Bar, Flat Bar, Checkered Plate, Plain Sheet/ Plate, Round Pipe, Round Bar, Round Tube, and Sqaure Tube in various sizes.

Aluminum 5083

Aluminum 5083 has the highest strength among all non-heat treatable alloys. The material is known for exceptional thermal conductivity. It retains good formability during tempered condition due to excellent ductility. It is also an ideal material for marine application, since it exhibits high resistance to general corrosion. In addition, it is highly suitable for welding works, and can be hardened through cold work.

We offer Aluminum 5083 in Plain Sheet/ Plate.

Aluminum 6061

Aluminum 6061 is one of commonly used series in the aluminum grades in the industry. It is used in various applications due to its due to its strength, heat treatability, comparatively easy machining, and weldability.

It can also add a layer of protection over by anodizing the material. It can also be used in marine applications as it exhibits high resistance to general corrosion.

We offer Aluminum 6061 in Plain Sheet/ Plate and Round Bar.
